The daylilies are in peak bloom,
As maidens clothed in no tawdry veils.
In perfect balance shaped and groomed,
And in oneness branded with God’s seal.
Plateaus robed in lush evergreen,
Snowy peaks glinting like sugarlumps,
Prairies’ lights blow to smithereens,
And no chimera shall make them slump.
Azure ocean waves oft falter
Against the rocks and the sandy shores,
Clear and blue protected waters
Invade the soul beyond its deep core.
God, the Creator, at the helm,
Singled the earth out for His footstool.
His universe infinite realm,
Perfect setting worthy of His rule.
Walk along the yardstick of time,
To feel the brush of the angels’ wings;
Seek to reweave the world in rhyme,
Ease the wanderlust that in you springs.
Hence the Earth is Terra Santa,
Garden of Eden to all the stallions;
In glory no propaganda,
With true oneness of the pantheons.
